I find this article interesting because it kind of relates to the race and ethnic issue that we discuss. The article explains that black and Latino children are removed from homes due to abusive and neglectful environments, therefore, it is reasonable to say that parents of these black and Latino children have a hard time dealing with life. For instance, parents are forced to live under the pressure of white supremacy, hence, the society upsets these parents by imposing inequalities and discrimination. As the result, black and Latino parents receive lower wages or income, placed in poor neighborhoods such as slums and etc… Hence, the society condemns blacks and Latinos economic, social and political equality. Therefore, the dominant white population has to abolish white supremacy where whites’ interests are based on exploitations of blacks and Latinos citizen rights such as the access to free and fair economic opportunities.
