Guerrilla Gardening Graffiti

I thought that this was an interesting concept that was a mix of the past two things that we have talked about. It is a technique of graffiti in which a special mixture of beer, sugar, and moss clumps are mixed together and painted on a wall to get moss to grow there. This manages to have the same exclusive, distancing properties as graffiti culture yet is focused on making things grow in public places like guerrilla gardening. I would be interested to see if people consider this vandalism or not. I personally think that guerilla gardening should not be illegal (because it does not destroy anything and is generally in truly public places) but that graffiti should (because it permanently marks something and is often practiced on privately owned objects). I am not sure what i think this should be categorized as.
